Our amazing organic ghee is produced using milk from an organic dairy herd in Austria.
To make the ghee (also known as clarified butter) the cream is separated from the milk and then churned into butter. Then it is heated to evaporate the moisture, concentrating its pure butter oils to produce a heat-stable ghee.
It is lactose and casein free.
In Ayurveda, ghee is highly regarded as being nourishing to all the three constitutions and a favourite spark for digestion.
